Before establishing Atzmon & Co Solicitors, Ronen spent 14 years as General Counsel for a financial institution. In this senior role, he was actively involved in business operations, decision-making, and advising on all relevant legal matters. The financial services and banking sector is one of the most highly regulated areas of Australian law, and this experience provided Ronen with the expertise to offer businesses both legal and practical solutions.

Following his tenure in the financial sector, Ronen joined Langes Lawyers in 2010 to establish their Melbourne office, focusing on financial services and banking law. After 2.5 years, he sought a deeper connection with business owners, helping them navigate their legal challenges.

With a wealth of experience in complex legal environments, Ronen founded Atzmon & Co Solicitors to support small and medium enterprises in achieving compliance and legal protection.
